Venice

After leaving Santiago we went to Venice Italy to be tourists and rest up from the Camino.  However, getting to Venice was a bit of an adventure.   Our flight arrived at 10:15 PM, and it took 4 hours to get to our hotel.   It was an adventure getting a water taxi, and ultimately having to wade through water in dark alleys to get to the hotel, arriving after 2 AM.  We thought all the hard work was done after we arrived in Santiago!   After getting some rest we had a fabulous time in Venice.  Here are some photo highlights.from the 4 days that we spent in Venice.
